Eat for God’s Glory (done-for-you) plans are SIMPLE and EASY and helps to meet your body’s nutritional needs using a simple macros-based framework. I have been using this framework since 2015. It is NOT a special diet so you learn how to eat for health — for life.
A macros plan is simply a style of eating where people track their carbohydrates, fat and protein—and aim to eat within a certain range each day—as a guide for healthy eating or as a strategy for weight loss. I do this for you so you don’t have to figure it out.
It comes with 4 WEEKS simple to follow meal plans with simple & delicious recipes with a balance of carbs for energy, protein for strength & energy, and fat for flavor and nourishment, short shopping lists and an optional fitness guide.
