How to Overcome Procrastination

This morning, I went live in my Wellness Community! I talked about the COST of procrastination and a few areas that I struggled with and what it cost me personally.

I want to leave you with some #strategies on how to overcome procrastination:

1 | Acknowledge the habit.
2 | Keep a list of things to do chronologically according to your ability.
3 | Keep a record of things accomplished.
4 | Make sure the time needed for each task corresponds to the level of the task.
5 | Prioritize your tasks.
6 | Seek #God’s guidance and have faith.
7 | Be single-minded, in other words, whatever you set your mind to do now, do it with all your strength because a double-minded man is unstable in all his ways, (James 1:8).
8 | Make sure you set standards or goals you can achieve. Do not set the bar too high.
9 | Be bold. Deal with fear, most people have the fear of failure. Know that it is okay to fail.
10 | Try again if you fail.
11 | Avoid being lazy. Prayerfully ask God for help against laziness.
