Walking for 30 minutes a day or more on most days of the week is a great way to improve or maintain your overall health. If you can't manage 30 minutes a day, remember 'even a little is good, but more is better'. Also, walking with others can turn exercise into an enjoyable social occasion. Easy Apple Treat

Ingredients 2-3 apples, sliced thin 2 tablespoons of butter 1 teaspoon apple pie spice 1/4 cup slivered almonds (optional) Unsweetened coconut flakes (optional) Directions Melt butter and toss with sliced apples in a large bowl.  Transfer to an air fryer (390 degrees), cook for 10-15 minutes to desired doneness.   Stir or flip apples half-way through cooking.   In the meantime, toast slivered almonds on the stove in a frying pan until slightly browned.  When apples are done, top with toasted almonds and unsweetened coconut flakes.    Can also bake in traditional oven on a cooking sheet.

Easy Oatmeal Chocate Chip Cookies

Easy Oatmeal Chocate Chip CookiesIngredients:Nonstick cooking spray1 cup Old Fashioned Rolled Oats2 tsp ground Cinnamon1/4 tsp Sea Salt2 medium ripe Bananas, mashed1/4 cup semi-sweet chocolate chipsInstructions:1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.2. Lightly spray baking sheet with nonstick cooking spray.3. Combine oats, cinnamon and salt in a medium bowl, making sure to mix well.4. Add mashed bananas, and chips mix well5. Drop by heaping Tbsp onto your baking tray6. Flatten the cookies with wet fingers (so they don’t stick) or a silicon spatula.7.
