Have you ever looked at a bread, cereal, or cracker label? Are you able to read (and understand) all the ingredients? I know I’m not always able to.
If we stick to choosing mostly 'SINGLE' ingredient items like Oats, Quinoa or Rice, we know what we are ingesting with the added bonus of eating true 'Whole Grains'!
